Two Saturdays: We will look at deepening your practice of embodied listening, making the Focusing process collaborative and how use of language can influence the Focusing process. We will also explore our connection with the body and utilising the wider space to support us.
This workshop is suitable for people who have completed a one or two day Introduction to Focusing.
These two day workshops should be booked together and make up days 5 and 6 of a Skills Certificate in Focusing.
Each day is 10am – 5pm and the two days together cost £140
