The radical concepts of the core conditions lie at the heart of my therapy and supervision practice. Supervision is an increasingly important place to be able to unfurl the impact of the amazing work we do, the many layers of the lives of our clients and the contexts in which they find themselves must be held by us. Where do we go to be understood, appreciated for all that we are? I offer a quality of attending that places the supervisee at the centre of the work. I have developed my own approach, I call The Octopus approach. It uses the PCA as its core component and The Seven Eyed Model as a lightly held structure for the detail of the work but the Octopus has eight tentacles and the eighth represents what may lie out of or beyond the work; possibly activism or beliefs, spiritual practice or anything that makes sense to you. The head of the octopus is your personal development, your growth and learning potential. This is a fluid approach that recognises the complexity and chaos of the world we live in.

Fees statementMy approach to supervision is to focus on the growth and development of supervisees. What kind of practitioner do you want to be and how can we, in collaboration, as professionals, get there? The fee reflects my offering of a creative and present attention to you and the deep reflection that enhances self-awareness. There is an emphasis on a commitment to anti-oppressive practice by means of understanding oneself and one’s impact on others.
