I have been involved with the Perso-centred Approach in Scotland, the UK and internationally for 40 years. My first clients were couples, and they remain a keen interest to this day. I am also interested in Autism (I do not call it ASD because I don't consider it a disorder). I realised that about 40% of my couples had at least one partner who was Autistic, some having a diagnosis and others self-diagnosed.
I only work with adults (18 and over).
Using Zoom means that I am not geographically tied, and so my clients are usually located across the UK and some from other European countries from time to time.
My final area of interest is Supervision. I think Supervision is essential in any therapist's practice, and especially for new counsellors starting out. My Supervision fee is the same as my counselling fee. (Please don't ask for a "student discount".)
As with my counselling, the Supervision relies 100% on Person-centred theory.
