Early bird £1,200 / Standard £1,275
A 10-day course covering aspects of supervision from a person-centred perspective. The course is led by Mike Worrall, Catherine Date and Ruth Lyne.
We expect to develop the precise content of the course in collaboration with you. These are some of the issues which we are likely to explore:

What is supervision? - How does it differ from therapy? - Contracts - Responsibilities and boundaries in supervision - Different models of supervision - Interpersonal process recall - Personal processes in supervision - Power, context and diversity - Legal and ethical dilemmas in supervision - Supervision within organisations - Giving, inviting and receiving feedback

We will respond to and take account of your individual learning needs, and support your development as reflective practitioners. In each module we will offer opportunities for practice, for theoretical input and for discussion in large and small groups.

This course is suitable for you if you are interested in supervision and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience post-qualification in counselling, counselling psychology or psychotherapy, or if you work in a related profession, or have an equivalent level of training and experience.
