This course is the first formal step in EFT training and is ideal for those who are interested in moving into working with couples or who are working with couples and want to explore this collaborative structured approach that offers a clear map to work with.
Emotionally Focused Therapy developed primarily as a couples therapy approach and is also increasingly being used with individuals and families. It is based on the science of emotions and attachment theory and both humanistic and systemic therapies. EFT has a high success rate in achieving secure, resilient relationships.
