Northamptonshire - Teamwork
We are a Northamptonshire Day Service provider for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and or Mild Mental Health issues.
We work with and support the general public and our local communities, getting referrals from GPs and community mental health teams, wellbeing teams, crisis intervention and local voluntary organisations such as Mind and Northamptonshire Carers.
We also take a large number of self-referrals, who find Teamwork Trust thanks to our excellent word of mouth reputation.
Our team of counsellors, currently offering an online service by Zoom or telephone from remote locations, work with and support individuals with a range of needs and challenges - offering people an opportunity to work towards achieving their own goals.
